If Ticking Along isn't for you, you get your money back. The rest of this page is how to ask.

How to ask

Email hello@tickingalong.com within 30 days of buying. Write from any address, and mention the email address you bought with. It's on your receipt. "I'd like a refund" is enough on its own. You don't have to give a reason, though if something went wrong we'd like to hear about it.

What happens next

We say yes, and our payment partner sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. That usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Please delete your copy. That means deleting the folder.
